Board of Assessors approves prior minutes, reviews office updates.

LEICESTER — The Leicester Board of Assessors approved prior meeting minutes and reviewed a November office report. Chair Arthur Paquette and Member Robert W. Mercer, with Principal Assessor Kelli Robbins and Assistant Assessor Kimberly McLaughlin present, discussed whether to include problem-customer counts in future monthly reports.

The Board signed commitments and warrants for Real Estate, Personal Property, Cedar Meadow District, and Stiles Reservoir District bills. The Board then entered executive session under Massachusetts law to review motor vehicle and boat abatement and exemption applications, Chapter 61 properties, and personal exemptions, voting unanimously not to reconvene in open session.
