Leicester Conservation Commission approves four wetland orders in single meeting. Chairman James Cooper, Vice Chair Vanessa Lopez, and members Kailey Adeyinka and Patricia Faron unanimously approved Orders of Conditions for residential projects at 208 Chapel Street ($1,600 bond for driveway and 326 square feet of replication), 454, 452 and 448 Pine Street (Lot 7R), and 448 and 452 Pine Street (Lot 8R), along with a Negative Determination for tree removal at 740 Pleasant Street. Skyview Estates (651 Main Street) and the 1430 Main Street ANRAD were continued to April 1.
The Commission voted unanimously to recommend USDA Worcester County employee Robert Purcell for appointment and to impose weekly $300 fines on 473 Whittemore Street for failure to submit required documents.
