Leicester Conservation Commission continued three Notices of Intent and issued two Certificates of Compliance at its February 4 hearing. Chairman James Cooper, Vice Chair Vanessa Lopez, and members Kailey Adeyinka and Patricia Faron voted unanimously to postpone hearings for a Skyview Estates subdivision at 651 Main Street and two Pine Street parcels to March 4, pending plan revisions and septic approvals. The Commission issued a Certificate of Compliance for 153 Paxton Street for no work done and another for 155 White Birch Street for completed work, clearing both Orders off property titles.
An enforcement action at 16 Mill Street involving unpermitted fill was scheduled for April 1 followup after the owner agreed to restore the wetland area.
