Finance Advisory Committee delays report on school project timeline.

Leicester Finance Advisory Committee heard the school project timeline at a tri-committee meeting March 4. Committee Chair Michael Zalansky convened the panel with the Select Board and School Committee to hear from project manager Terva Corp and designer Raymond Design. The Preferred Design is due to MSBA by end of April; if approved, detailed cost estimates will be ready by end of August, paving the way for Town Meeting and ballot votes in October and November 2026.
Construction is planned to begin in 2027 and be completed in 2029, under oversight of the School Building Committee.
