Chairman James Cooper's panel issued negative determinations unanimously for tree removal at 130 Paxton Street and pipe repair at 800 Pleasant Street, both within 25-foot no-disturb zones, with equipment-restriction conditions. The Commission confirmed wetland boundaries for a 70-acre parcel at 1430 Main Street via an Order of Delineation following peer review.
A Notice of Intent for emergency water-main repairs by Cherry Valley and Rochdale Water District was continued to June 3 to allow coordination with MassDEP. Nelson Group Investments withdrew its Skyview Estates subdivision application without prejudice.
