Leicester Records 10 Property Transfers as Most Sale Prices Go Undisclosed
Ten property transfers were recorded in Leicester between July 24 and Aug. 22, but only three carried a disclosed sale price, ranging from $60,000 to $488,400 with a median of $375,000. The month's highest disclosed sale was 117 Charlton St. at $488,400. Seven of the 10 transfers, including several involving mortgage-related entities and one intra-family trust transfer, listed no sale price. No street had more than one recorded transfer. With most pricing undisclosed, the data offers only a partial picture of local sale values this period.
