Leicester records 10 property transfers in August, but sale price disclosed for just one
Leicester recorded 10 property deeds between July 31 and Aug. 29, but only one, a $263,000 sale with Country Bank for Savings as buyer, disclosed a sale price. That figure marks the period's only known price point, low, high and median alike. Nine transfers, including sales on Charles Street, Water Street, Auburn Street and Main Street, carried no listed consideration. Three deeds involved a buyer and seller with the same surname, consistent with transfers within a family. No street had more than one recorded sale. With price data available for just one of 10 transactions, the month's figures reflect limited disclosure rather than a full market picture.
