That figure marks the period's only known price point, low, high and median alike. Nine transfers, including sales on Charles Street, Water Street, Auburn Street and Main Street, carried no listed consideration. Three deeds involved a buyer and seller with the same surname, consistent with transfers within a family. No street had more than one recorded sale. With price data available for just one of 10 transactions, the month's figures reflect limited recorded prices rather than a full market picture.
