The top recorded sale was 270 Pleasant St. at $70,000, sold by Michael V. Dacri to Allcom Credit Union. Pleasant Street was the only street with more than one transfer. Nine of the 11 deeds, including two trust-related transfers and two involving bank sellers, carried no price recorded yet, limiting broader conclusions about the month's pricing trends.
