Leicester Records 11 Deed Transfers, But Most Sale Prices Go Undisclosed
Leicester recorded 11 property deed transfers between July 17 and Aug. 15, but only two disclosed a sale price: $60,570 and $70,000, for a median of $65,285 among priced sales. The top disclosed sale was 270 Pleasant St. at $70,000, sold by Michael V. Dacri to Allcom Credit Union. Pleasant Street was the only street with more than one transfer. Nine of the 11 deeds, including two trust-related transfers and two involving bank sellers, carried no disclosed price, limiting broader conclusions about the month's pricing trends.
