LEICESTER — Library Trustees authorized an outdoor mural project at the library's parking lot. Artist Linda Colby attended the March 17 meeting to present the proposal, which includes plans for teenage participation. Trustee Pauline Lareau moved the motion, with Olney White seconding, and the vote was five in favor and one abstaining.
The discussion covered design ideas, materials, and youth involvement. The Trustees will need to approve the final design before implementation can begin.
