Leicester Planning Board unanimously approves Walmart fuel station with pedestrian improvements. The four-member board (absent Jason LoVerme) greenlit the special permit and site plan review for the 20 Soojians Drive project after applicant added a landing and crosswalk connecting to a bus stop and submitted detailed construction plans. The Board conditioned approval on detectible warning mats at ADA curb cuts and sidewalk-ramp details.

In related action, the Board extended the neighboring Salvation Army site plan for 12 months with construction commencement set for October 16, 2027. The Board also recommended Judy Zalansky for appointment as a full voting member, effective March 3.
