Zoning Board approves restaurant at disc golf, extension, Main Street project.
Zoning Board of Appeals · Meeting of January 21, 2026
LEICESTER — Zoning Board of Appeals approves restaurant at Maple Hill Disc Golf capped at 30 seats. The board voted 5-0 to grant the special permit for operation of the restaurant at 132 Marshall Street, contingent on construction of permanent accessible parking surfaces compliant with state code and annual food permit filings validating the 30-seat limit. The applicant revised capacity downward from 46 patrons to avoid triggering sprinkler installation.
The board also approved a two-year extension (4-0) for Central Land Development's reduced-frontage lot at 0 Paxton Street and a modification (4-0) to the special permit for 651 Main Street regarding impervious surfaces in the Water Resources Protection Overlay District.
