Leicester recorded 11 property transfers between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but only one carries a posted sale price so far: $100,000 for 2 Felix St, sold by Eugene Oppong to Digital Federal Credit Union. The other 10 sales, including two on Main Street, show no price yet, consistent with the registry's typical posting lag rather than any disclosure issue. Several deeds list banks (Cornerstone Bank, U.S. Bank NA, TD Bank NA) or trusts (Sylacin Trust, Leahy Francis D. Trust, Siani Road Realty Trust) as sellers. With pricing data this thin, the period's overall market tone cannot yet be assessed from the available figures.
