Leicester deed data thin on price this period, top sale hits $410,000
Leicester recorded 11 property transfers between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, but only two carry a posted sale price so far: $50,000 for 5 Holcomb St. and $410,000 for a property with no listed street address, sold by Matthew and Alicia Witkowski to Brian Wenckus. The other nine transactions, including two linked to the same Stafford Street address involving the Anna Lamountain Family Trust, have not yet had prices post to the registry. With price data covering just two of 11 deeds, this period's figures offer only a partial view of Leicester's sale values, and no broader read on market tone can be drawn from the available data.
