Leicester records 13 deeds in past month, but pricing data still trickling in
Thirteen deeds recorded in Leicester between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but only two carry a sale price so far: $70,000 for 1 Reservoir St. and $357,502 for a Leicester property tied to Rocket Mortgage LLC and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc., producing a median of $213,751 across those two. The other 11 sales, on streets including Hyland Avenue, which had two transfers, Marshall Street, Chris Circle, Towtaid Street, Woodland Road, Conway Drive, Pleasant Street, Pine Street, Paxton Street and Winslow Avenue, have no price on file yet. Eight of the 13 deeds list a bank, credit union or mortgage lender as a party, and three involve a trust or estate as seller. With most prices still pending, the period's overall market tone cannot yet be assessed from the data.
