Leicester deed filings show 14 transfers in July, but only one price on the record
Worcester County Registry of Deeds recorded 14 Leicester property transfers between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only one listed a sale price: $3,750,000 for 778 Main St., sold by SJLS Real Estate LLC to Central One Federal Credit Union on July 8. That figure serves as both the period's price range and median, since no other transaction disclosed a consideration amount. Main Street saw the most activity with three recorded transfers, followed by Pleasant Street with two. Several recordings involved banks, mortgage servicers or trustees rather than individual buyers, and one involved utility companies rather than a residential purchase, limiting how much the data reveals about underlying market conditions.
